For over 50 years we here at Jumbo’s have prided ourselves in delicious, made from scratch homestyle cooking, using only the best ingredients. In 1966 George and Jeri Pieper acquired Jumbo’s Café and it didn’t take long before Jeri had made some lifelong customers and friends. To this day there are still people who come in and tell stories of the fun they had in Jumbo’s. In 2000, Lisa (the 4th of 5 children) & her husband Willis, bought Jumbos from her parents. They still own Jumbos to this day, 21 years later. Heidi, Lisa’s oldest daughter, currently runs Jumbos for her parents. Many think that Heidi owns it, but she always says “not quite yet”. She treats it & takes care of it as such though. Her life revolves around her family’s legacy and making them proud. Come in and say hello to Heidi and the crew.
